 Testing all hardware/software to determine the cause of the problem(s). Fee waived if repairs are performed. 

 Remotely repair your computer through the Internet (maximum 4 hours). Internet Connection is required. Connection is encrypted. 

 Diagnose and repair operating system issues. Install service packs and patches. Update anti‐virus, scan for viruses, spyware, adware, and malicious programs. Clean registry and optimize the system for best performance. 

Once a month where we perform our Computer Tune-Up Service on each computer. 

  Networking of up to 4 wireless devices, or 2 wireless and 2 wired devices to a wireless router so they can share files, printers, and an Internet connection (if available). Setup includes a wireless security setup. 

 Networking of computers so they can share files, printers, and an Internet connection (if available).  Does not include cabling. 

  Installation (or repair) of software.  Configuration with any external hardware (if applicable) and verification that no conflict exists with other devices/drivers. Software not included. 

  Installation or reinstallation of an operating system, drivers for all hardware, service packs, and patches. Data backup/transfer not included. 

 Installation of memory. Memory purchased through us does not incur a memory installation charge. Memory is not included. 

 Transferring your personal information from your old PC to your new PC. 

  Transfer your important data from your computer to a network‐attached storage, an internal or external hard drive, or another computer. Cost of storage media not included. 

 Data recovery from functioning hard drives due to accidental deletion will be recovered and transferred to an external drive. Damaged/dead hard drives require the drive to be sent to a 3rd party vendor for recovery.
